A Kreativ Dental oferece-lhe a garantia mais abrangente disponível entre as clínicas dentárias da Europa de Leste, porque confiamos plenamente na elevada qualidade do nosso trabalho e nos materiais que utilizamos. Nenhuma outra clínica consegue igualar os termos da nossa garantia.
Algumas clínicas nem sequer mencionam que tipo de garantia — se houver alguma — oferecem. Outras apenas garantem os seus tratamentos por 2 anos, e não cobrem os voos nem o alojamento.
Connosco, além de oferecer o período de garantia mais longo, cobrimos até €250 em voos e oferecemos alojamento num dos nossos hotéis parceiros durante qualquer tratamento corretivo necessário.
Apenas uma clínica que trabalha segundo os mais altos padrões pode oferecer condições de garantia tão generosas.

Se o paciente não regressar à Kreativ Dental para um check-up de rotina pelo menos uma vez por ano durante o período de garantia, ou não realizar o check-up anual no seu país com radiografia e comprovativo escrito (fatura ou carta do dentista local).
Se houver negligência na higiene oral.
Se não forem seguidas as instruções dos dentistas (por exemplo, não usar as próteses ou goteiras noturnas durante a noite).
Se as próteses removíveis (parciais ou completas) não forem mantidas e conservadas adequadamente.
Se houver retração natural da gengiva ou do osso dentário.
Em caso de danos acidentais, como deixar cair a prótese.
Se o paciente perder ou ganhar peso de forma significativa em curto espaço de tempo.
Se houver doença geral que afete negativamente a saúde oral (por exemplo: diabetes, epilepsia, osteoporose, tratamento com radioterapia ou quimioterapia).
Se um dentista no seu país de origem realizar qualquer tratamento corretivo ou adicional sem o consentimento prévio da Kreativ Dental sobre os trabalhos feitos por nós.
Nota: Em alguns casos, os dentes podem sofrer trauma de preparação durante a colocação de coroas e pontes, sendo necessário tratamento de canal posteriormente. A Kreativ Dental não se responsabiliza por problemas que não eram visíveis nas radiografias e que não eram previsíveis no momento do tratamento.
Como gesto adicional, a Kreativ Dental atribui €100 para pequenas reparações realizadas pelo seu próprio dentista — por exemplo, recolocação de coroas ou ajuste de próteses.

Keve Horváth joined our team of dental technicians. He works in the Ceramic Department as a master ceramist. After he graduated in 1994, he furthered his knowledge from several symposiums in Hungary, Germany and Belgium (for example Noritake and Ivoclar). In 2006 he held a course „Esthetic Front” with a real patient presence, which is a special event in Hungary and also in Europe.

Furthermore, he is one of the few exclusive demonstrators in Europe of the German company Vita which produces the best quality dental porcelain in the world.
