Léčba zubními implantáty je specializovanou oblastí kliniky Kreativ Dental. Naši zubní specialisté úspěšně provedli tisíce implantologických zákroků. Naše špičkově vybavená klinika v Budapešti má na místě veškeré potřebné vybavení pro poskytování implantátů v bezpečném a profesionálním prostředí. Jsme jednou z mála klinik, které mají k dispozici zubní CT skener. Ten nám umožňuje vyhnout se poškození důležitých nervů v čelisti a dutin. CT sken nám také umožňuje přesně diagnostikovat, zda je vaše kost vhodná pro implantáty.
Kromě lepšího úsměvu, možnosti jíst a mluvit zubní implantáty zabraňují ztrátě kostní hmoty v čelisti, která způsobuje deformaci obličeje. Implantáty přenášejí žvýkací tlak do čelistní kosti, která na zátěž reaguje zvýšením hustoty. Jsou známé svou schopností zastavit úbytek kosti a obnovit kosterní strukturu obličeje, čímž zároveň zlepšují trávení.
Negativní důsledky ztráty zubů bez náhrady:
Zubní implantáty jsou nejlepší volbou pro osoby všech věkových kategorií s dobrým obecným a ústním zdravím, které přišly o zub nebo zuby kvůli úrazu, onemocnění dásní či jinému důvodu. Je důležité mít dostatek kostní hmoty k ukotvení implantátu. Některé zdravotní stavy vyžadují zvláštní zvážení. Chronická onemocnění, silné kouření nebo zneužívání alkoholu mohou být kontraindikací. Po pečlivém vyhodnocení vaší anamnézy vás naši lékaři upozorní na případná rizika. Věk není překážkou.
Pacient musí mít dostatek kostní hmoty pro úspěšnou implantaci. Pokud tomu tak není, existují bezpečné a účinné metody, jak tento nedostatek napravit. Náš implantolog vás vyšetří a sdělí, zda je nutné doplnění kosti. Může být třeba provést doplnění umělé kosti nebo sinus lift (zvýšení dna čelistní dutiny).
Zubní implantáty poskytují přirozený vzhled a pocit – můžete zapomenout, že jste o zub vůbec přišli. Možná se stydíte za chybějící zuby a schováváte úsměv, možná vám snímatelná protéza nesedí nebo máte potíže s kousáním. Pokud vám chybí jeden nebo více zubů a chcete opět s jistotou mluvit, jíst a usmívat se, implantáty jsou ideálním řešením. Zvláště vhodné jsou pro pacienty, kteří už nemohou nosit snímatelné protézy.
Přínosy:
Ano, existuje mnoho typů zubních implantátů. Používáme implantáty Cowellmedi, ale také můžeme aplikovat Nobel Biocare a Straumann. Umíme zhotovit korunky, můstky nebo protézy upevněné na implantátech (tzv. Locator protézy) i na dalších systémech.
Léčba implantáty probíhá v těchto krocích:
• Zavedení implantátu
• Hojení dásní
• Odhalení místa implantace
• Odběr otisku
• Nasazení korunky, můstku nebo protézy
Po zavedení implantátu následuje fáze hojení trvající obvykle 3 až 6 měsíců, během níž dojde ke spojení kosti s implantátem. Pokud je nutný sinus lift nebo doplnění kosti, může být doba hojení delší. Na konci této fáze je třeba navštívit kliniku na dobu 5 až 15 dní pro nasazení porcelánových nebo zirkonových korunek. Mnozí pacienti rozdělují tuto druhou fázi na dvě části s 1–2týdenní přestávkou.
Implantáty se zavádějí v lokální anestezii. Většina pacientů uvádí, že zákrok byl mnohem pohodlnější, než očekávali.
Existuje několik způsobů, jak nahradit zuby po dobu hojení. Většina lidí používá svou stávající protézu. Někteří pacienti jsou na bezzubý stav zvyklí a nevadí jim počkat. Pro ostatní je možné zhotovit fixní nebo snímatelné dočasné náhrady. Fixní jsou dražší, protože se jedná o můstky upevněné na sousední zuby. Snímatelné náhrady vyrábí naše laboratoř, nebo lze upravit vaše stávající protézy.
Při zavedení jednoho implantátu je obvykle třeba jeden 15minutový termín. Při více implantátech je třeba několik návštěv během několika dní.
Při správné péči a důkladné ústní hygieně mohou zubní implantáty vydržet celý život.
Naše ceny jsou zpravidla o 40–70 % nižší než v pacientově domovské zemi. Pacienti běžně cestují do Maďarska na kliniku Kreativ Dental, aby využili výrazné cenové úspory.

Keve Horváth joined our team of dental technicians. He works in the Ceramic Department as a master ceramist. After he graduated in 1994, he furthered his knowledge from several symposiums in Hungary, Germany and Belgium (for example Noritake and Ivoclar). In 2006 he held a course „Esthetic Front” with a real patient presence, which is a special event in Hungary and also in Europe.
