Záruka je často pacientmi prehliadaná pri rozhodovaní, ktorú zubnú kliniku si vybrať. Podľa nášho názoru je to však najdôležitejší faktor, ktorý odlišuje jednu kliniku od druhej.
Kreativ Dental vám môže ponúknuť najrozsiahlejšiu záruku spomedzi všetkých zubných kliník vo východnej Európe, pretože si plne dôverujeme v kvalitu našej práce a v kvalitu použitých materiálov. Žiadna iná klinika sa nám nemôže vyrovnať v podmienkach poskytovanej záruky.
Niektoré zubné kliniky ani neuvádzajú, či vôbec poskytujú nejakú záruku. Iné ponúkajú len 2-ročnú záruku a dokonca nepreplácajú ani letenky alebo ubytovanie.
My vám však neponúkame len najdlhšiu záručnú dobu, ale tiež preplatíme letenky do výšky 250 € a zabezpečíme ubytovanie v jednom z našich partnerských hotelov počas celej doby potrebnej opravnej liečby.
Iba zubná klinika, ktorá pracuje podľa najvyšších štandardov, si môže dovoliť ponúknuť takéto veľkorysé záručné podmienky.

ak sa pacient počas záručnej doby aspoň raz ročne nedostaví na bežnú kontrolu v Kreativ Dental alebo neabsolvuje každoročnú kontrolu vo svojej domovskej krajine vrátane röntgenu a neposkytne písomný doklad (faktúru/list od miestneho zubára), že bola kontrola vykonaná,
ak je zanedbaná ústna hygiena,
ak nie sú dodržané pokyny zubára (napr. nenosenie nočnej protézy/ochranného chrániča počas noci),
ak snímateľné náhrady ako čiastočné alebo celkové protézy nie sú správne udržiavané,
ak dochádza k prirodzenému ústupu ďasien alebo kosti,
ak dôjde k náhodnému poškodeniu, napríklad pri páde protézy,
ak pacient výrazne schudne alebo priberie v krátkom čase,
ak sa vyskytne všeobecné ochorenie, ktoré má negatívny vplyv na zubný stav (napr. cukrovka, epilepsia, osteoporóza, následky ožarovania alebo chemoterapie),
ak akýkoľvek zákrok alebo oprava bola vykonaná zubárom v domácej krajine bez predchádzajúceho súhlasu Kreativ Dental na práci vykonanej v Kreativ Dental.
Občas sa môže po príprave zuba na korunku alebo mostík objaviť potreba endodontického ošetrenia (ošetrenie koreňových kanálikov) v dôsledku traumy. Kreativ Dental nenesie zodpovednosť za problémy, ktoré neboli zrejmé na röntgenovej snímke pacienta a neboli predvídateľné v čase ošetrenia.
Kreativ Dental vyčleňuje 100 € na drobné opravy vykonané vaším vlastným zubárom, napríklad opätovné prilepenie korunky alebo úpravu protézy.

Keve Horváth joined our team of dental technicians. He works in the Ceramic Department as a master ceramist. After he graduated in 1994, he furthered his knowledge from several symposiums in Hungary, Germany and Belgium (for example Noritake and Ivoclar). In 2006 he held a course „Esthetic Front” with a real patient presence, which is a special event in Hungary and also in Europe.
János is Leader of the Ceramic Department where all Porcelain Fused to Metal Crowns, Full Porcelain Crowns, Veneers and Inlays are skillfully crafted. Furthermore, he is one of the few exclusive demonstrators in Europe of the German company Vita which produces the best quality dental porcelain in the world.
