Zubná korunka

Čo je zubná korunka?

Korunka je umelá zubná náhrada vytvorená zubným technikom, určená na náhradu jedného zuba. Natrvalo sa fixuje na prirodzený zubný kmeň pomocou zubného cementu. Korunky v klinike Kreativ Dental sú vyrábané s maximálnou starostlivosťou, no ich cena je až o 60 % nižšia v porovnaní s miestnymi cenami.

Kedy je zubná korunka potrebná?

Korunka sa odporúča vtedy, keď je prirodzená korunka zuba natoľko poškodená, že ju nemožno opraviť výplňami, inlaymi alebo onlaymi. Príklady:

  • Rozsiahly kaz postihujúci viaceré plochy zuba, kde výplne nestačia
  • Úrazové poškodenie zuba so stratou veľkej časti štruktúry
  • Zafarbené zuby po endodontickom ošetrení – z estetických dôvodov alebo na prevenciu zlomenia
  • Výmena starých, veľkých výplní, kde už nová výplň nie je možná
  • Uzatváranie medzier medzi prednými zubami
  • Vybudovanie nadstavby na implantáte na náhradu chýbajúceho zuba

Korunky sa môžu vyrábať pre prirodzené zuby aj pre implantáty. Hoci chýbajúci zub možno nahradiť aj mostíkom, obrusovanie zdravých susedných zubov ako piliere môže byť nevýhodné – v takom prípade môže byť lepšou voľbou implantát.

Z akých materiálov sa korunky vyrábajú?

  1. Kovovo-keramické korunky (metalokeramika)
    Dnes sa používajú zriedkavo – majú nižšiu estetiku, riziko alergií na kovové jadro a časom môže byť vidieť okraj korunky po ústupe ďasna.
  2. Zirkón-keramické korunky
    Bez kovu, vyrobené z prírodných minerálov. Majú pevný zirkónový rám, vhodný aj pre mostíky. Rám sa vytvára pomocou CAD/CAM technológie a pokrýva sa keramikou – výsledkom je výborný estetický vzhľad.
  3. Celé zirkónové korunky
    Tiež sa vyrábajú CAD/CAM technológiou. Celý zub sa frézuje v 3D a následne sa farebne upraví pre prirodzený vzhľad.
  4. Lisovaná keramika (napr. IPS e.max)
    Korunky z čistej keramiky s maximálnou estetikou. Ideálne pre predné zuby, ale vďaka pevnosti vhodné aj pre stoličky. Imitujú priepustnosť svetla prirodzených zubov.
  5. Akrylové korunky
    Používajú sa dočasne, kým je hotová trvalá korunka. Môžu sa zhotoviť priamo v ambulancii alebo v zubnom laboratóriu – v závislosti od dĺžky nosenia.

Postup výroby korunky na prirodzený zub

  • Príprava zuba: Zub sa upraví v lokálnej anestézii

  • Odtlačok: Vezme sa forma pre laboratórium

  • Dočasná korunka: Chráni upravený zub počas výroby

  • Výroba: Trvalá korunka sa zhotoví v laboratóriu

  • Nasadenie: Korunka sa vyskúša a po schválení natrvalo nacementuje

Postup výroby korunky na implantáte

  • Na implantát sa pripevní špeciálna odtlačovacia hlavica

  • Vezme sa odtlačok – väčšinou bez potreby anestézie

  • Laboratórium vyrobí korunku

  • Po skúške sa korunka pevne pripevní k implantátu

Aká je životnosť korunky?

Priemerná životnosť korunky je približne 10 rokov, no závisí od ústnej hygieny a pravidelných kontrol. Bez starostlivosti môže dôjsť k zubnému kazu alebo poškodeniu tkaniva pod korunou, čo si vyžiada výmenu. Pri dobrej hygiene môže korunka vydržať 15–20 rokov.

Výhody v porovnaní s alternatívami

  • Estetika:
    Moderné korunky zo zirkónu alebo lisovanej keramiky pôsobia prirodzenejšie než tradičné kovovo-keramické korunky.
  • Trvácnosť:
    Správne vyrobené a udržiavané korunky vydržia 15–20 rokov.
  • Biokompatibilita:
    Moderné materiály sú lepšie znášané telom a menej často spôsobujú alergické reakcie.

Riziká

  • Zubný kaz:
    Nedostatočná hygiena môže spôsobiť kaz pod korunou, čo si vyžiada výmenu.
  • Parodontálne problémy:
    Zápaly ďasien alebo tkanív okolo korunky môžu ohroziť jej stabilitu.
  • Alergické reakcie:
    U niektorých osôb sa môžu vyskytnúť alergie – najmä pri kovovo-keramických korunách.

After he graduated in 1994, he furthered his knowledge from several symposiums in Hungary, Germany and Belgium (for example Noritake and Ivoclar). In 2006 he held a course „Esthetic Front” with a real patient presence, which is a special event in Hungary and also in Europe.
